Wow, I was never expecting this to happen, and I hope that someone on this forum has an idea of how I should proceed. I have three Ledger Nano S hardware wallets, and I have purchased all directly from Ledgers website. I have never shared the seed phrases, have never stored them electronically in Nano Ledger are using one of Ripple's test servers that fell over today (apparently this server should not be used in production). If my coins do not arrive at their destination over the next 48 hours, I will consider legal action against Nano for utilising a server they KNEW wasn't suitable for production environment.
